Some call them call centers. Others call them contact centers. Here at The Dzapasi Group (TDG) we will occasionally use the terms interchangeably but we will primarily call them communication centers, a phrase we believe is more reflective of the variety of communications they handle (phone calls, live chat, email, etc.).
