In this position, you will manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution. You will play a pivotal role in defining product requirements, owning product roadmaps, executing on go-to-market strategies, and tirelessly championing the needs of our clients. The product manager must have exceptional problem solving skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. The successful candidate must dive deep into data, have strong writing and oral presentation skills, and be comfortable leading executive-level reviews. This is a strategic position that will impact the direction of TDG and our clients going forward.

Responsibilities
- Drive the entire vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive
- Conduct market research to identify user need for new products
- Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
- Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products
- Clearly communicate the vision and goals of existing and new products
- Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on the direction of products
- Manage cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering
- Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders
- Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
- Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of product management or other relevant experience
- Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products
- Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics
- Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Interpersonal skills with a keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
Preferred Skills and Experience
- MBA or a Master’s degree in a technical discipline preferred
- Prior experience managing technical products or online services
- Prior experience or interest in wireless systems, mobile networking, and/or telecommunications carrier business models is a plus
- Prior experience in application development is a plus
- Prior experience in database system is a plus
- Knowledge in technology development best practices and product management methodology
