We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our robust team. The candidate will be responsible for layout, design, and production activities to produce quality graphic design artwork – both digital and printed material – to support all our efforts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The role requires a high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a critical eye for detail, emphasizing accuracy, quality, and sophistication.

Responsibilities
- Generate engaging and appealing graphic designs for social media, infographics, presentation decks, interactive displays, trade show exhibits, animated gifs, websites and more
- Production design support, edits and revisions, file prep
- Create designs and illustrations from initial concept sketch to finished product
- Identify ways to communicate business concepts and ideas in a creative way
- Present multiple design/theme ideas
- Work to a deadline

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of graphic design experience desired
- Portfolio required in order to be considered for this position
- Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of presentation and information design
- Well-versed in design software applications and tools: Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Affects
- Interpersonal skills with a keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
- Talent for translating technical concepts and architectural ideas into compelling messages and dynamic graphic storytelling
- Should be comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and have strong communications skills and storytelling abilities
- Experience working directly with leadership and senior staff on critical projects with minimal supervision
- Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both digital and print media
- Passionate about design, communication, the built environment, and client service
- Eager to bring new ideas and emerging presentation platforms to the conversation
- Strategic and creative, able to creatively craft external messages for direct new business pursuits
- Possesses outstanding facilitation skills to build consensus in team settings
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or similar field
- Strong knowledge of HTML
- Storytelling aptitude – the ability to craft raw ideas into compelling messages
- Strategic, creative thinking, with the ability to brainstorm, collaborate, and build consensus among multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding typography, layout, and color usage
- Familiarity with graphic industry standards and best practices
- Well-developed communication and analytical skills
